Copyright Policy

Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content on VirtualUncle infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] with the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will notify the user who posted the content if we take action.

Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice by emailing [email protected] with the required DMCA counter-notice information.

Repeat Infringers

VirtualUncle will terminate accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
