Compete against other players and share valuable knowledge in Trivia Crack VR.
Trivia Crack, the trivia-based mobile game that blew up in popularity around 2014, is returning as a VR experience for Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, and Meta Quest 3 headsets, according to an official release from Etermax’s gaming division.
The original Trivia Crack app launched in 2013 on iOS and Android devices, garnering an impressive 600 million downloads worldwide and more than 150 million active users annually. Since then Etermax has released a number of spin-off games, including Trivia Crack Adventure and Trivia Cars. The company even launched an interactive game show called Trivia Quest on Netflix in 2022.
Trivia Crack VR promises to immerse fans in a new type of Trivia Crack experience powered by Meta Quest VR headsets. According to Etermax, fans will have the ability to gather in a virtual space where they can compete against one another in educational games while boosting their knowledge.
“At Etermax, we are focused on creating, sharing, and fostering valuable gamified content with and for our community,” said the company in an official release. “With VR, we aim to encourage social interaction through immersive experiences, taking the spirit of Trivia and board games to the metaverse as we’ve done with several platforms and technologies for the past decade.”
Trivia Crack VR will be available on Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3, and Meta Quest Pro headsets by the end of 2023. For more information be sure to check the official Discord here.
