Mothergunship: Forge celebrates its first year since launch with the Anniversary Update, adding various food-themed gun parts and a new mode.
Developed by Terrible Posture Games, Mothergunship: Forge is a VR spin-off to the 2018 flatscreen title Mothergunship. Celebrating a full year since its release, the Anniversary Update adds numerous food items to Forge. A ‘Fiery Fists Mode’ is also available and, in the press release, the team says this “might as well be “Mothergunship: Workout” mode.”

It’s not all focused on metallic food, though. Rounding this off the Anniversary Update is smaller additions like new power-ups and achievements, balance updates and bug fixes, additional suspend mode options and sellable gun parts. “At this point, we are not sure if more content updates will be coming to Forge (maybe?),” says Terrible Posture.
Mothergunship: Forge and the Anniversary Update are available now on Meta Quest 2 and PC VR via Steam.
