Bartender VR Simulator is back once again, serving a fresh round of drinks on Quest 2.
First released in 2018, Bartender VR Simulator joins other attempts at virtual bartending like Flairtender and Startenders: Intergalactic Bartending. Developed by VR Factory, this offers a serious take on the profession compared to the team’s more recent title, Horror Bar. Placing emphasis on “authentic ingredients and equipment used by real-life bartenders,” Bartender VR offers practice, challenge and free modes to perfect your technique.
“Each bar offers more complex drinks recipes that players must master along with three techniques, building, stirring and shaking like professional bartenders,” says VR Factory in a press release. Your performance is also ranked on choosing the correct glass, drink proportions and sequences. On Quest, this also includes a recently added ‘Pro Mode’ with five time-based gameplay challenges, alongside global scoreboards and interactive music.
Bartender VR Simulator arrives today on Quest 2 and Quest Pro for $19.99. Elsewhere it’s available now on Pico, Steam, Viveport, Rift and the original PSVR.
