Calling all sneakerheads.
The legendary footwear company Converse has released an original VR experience in honor of the iconic Converse Chuck Taylor All Star basketball shoe.
Available now at the Eugene and Marilyn Glick Indiana History Center in Indiana, the museum-like experience takes you back in time to the 1950s where you’ll learn more about the history behind the Chuck All Stars and pass basketballs at Chuck Taylor’s virtual basketball clinic.
The legendary Hoosier himself even makes a brief appearance during the experience to highlight just a handful of his many accomplishments both as an athlete as well as a salesman.
The experience is powered by Meta Quest 2 and was developed using the popular Unity game engine. Those interested in checking out the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star experience for themselves can purchase tickets here. Prices range from $5 to $13 (free for children under 5).
